Full refund within 14 days of delivery date (KIMONOS ONLY). No returns on face masks. 

We do not offer exchanges at the moment. If you would like to try a different item please write the email below and return your unwanted items for a full refund and place a new order online which will be processed in the usual time frame.

Policy

Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed with original tags attached in order to qualify for a refund. The customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.

Shipping & Delivery

Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping to process. All orders are made to order. Shipping times may vary due to the availability of merchandise and/or shipping location. 

Sizing

All of our merchandise is one-size fits most.
